2000 Ford Focus 42,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

I am from Kansas City MO. Staying at intown suites in Newport News VA for a couple of weeks. I was ready to go to Virginia Beach when my car wouldn't start. I was devastated . I looked up mobile mechanic . Made appointment with Matthew and that evening When I met him and he did the inspection. I knew then everything was going to be alright. I am a female and he didn't talk down to me like past experience with other mechanics and yet explained everything to me so i would understand . Matthew communicated with me every step of the way. I never had to wait on him he was on time. Professional and very knowledgeable. He got me back on the road again and even suggested a beach and a Mall to visit . (Loved the beach and the mall) The price to get my car fixed was much lower than I could have imagined. When he quoted me for the job it did not change. I didn't need a tow truck it was all done right where i was staying. I have been spreading the word because to me this is the best mechanic you could ever ask for. If you need a mechanic I recommend Matthew. Not only did I meet a good mechanic I made a new friend .

First-time customer review: I had bought my car from Carvana and needed an independent review within the 7-day trial period. Attila arrived as scheduled; he came with his scan tools and tablet. Friendly, knowledgeable about all cars especially European models. Don't be afraid to ask questions. Protip: make sure you have a DRY private driveway/garage for him to work on. Will book again because I still can WFH while the car's being tended to.
