I have used Rusty for previous work on my vehicle and once again he did not disappoint! I will definitely be using him for future services!!!

Simon did a fine job changing the oil pressure sensor. However, he was 3 hours late. Which appears to not be his fault but the fault of Yourmechanic.com. He was scheduled for 2 vehicles at the same time. Not sure how that happened, nor why no one from Yourmechanic.com bothered to let me know that he was going to be late. It would only have taken a text to alert me. But no. I had to call Yourmechanic.com twice to get status updates. And I'm not sure how to deal with this issue. They charged me $99 for a $10 part. Not Simon's fault though.

Lavell was very professional and fast he put a new alternator on my Ford F150 he was done in less then an hour he also showed up on time to my appointment. This was the first time I used this service and I can say with confidence I will continue to use this service if Lavell is available my Ford truck is running perfect thank you so much Lavell for repairing my truck I now feel I can go anywhere with confidence thank you Lavell.
