Chris went above and beyond to effect this repair. He encountered some problems with rust and rounded off bolts, but his experience and persistence allowed him to Prevail and fix the problem. Great mechanic would be happy to recommend him or use him again for any and all automotive repair work.

David was great. He replaced my bad alternator in no time and provided me with a list of recommended services that I would need on my truck. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Simon did a fine job changing the oil pressure sensor. However, he was 3 hours late. Which appears to not be his fault but the fault of Yourmechanic.com. He was scheduled for 2 vehicles at the same time. Not sure how that happened, nor why no one from Yourmechanic.com bothered to let me know that he was going to be late. It would only have taken a text to alert me. But no. I had to call Yourmechanic.com twice to get status updates. And I'm not sure how to deal with this issue. They charged me $99 for a $10 part. Not Simon's fault though.
