Junard did a terrific job. His ability to articulate and also confidently educate and clarify the questions are indeed commendable. I'm extremely happy with his customer-centric approach. He was constantly communicating with me throughout the process which never happened with the previous service provider. He took the time to walk me through the delayed shift phenomenon and how it varies from one vehicle to another. I'm truly fortunate to have used your service and would want Junard to inspect my second car in a heartbeat. Hand-down the best service! He deserves a raise!

If I can give more than five Stars I would! At first I was skeptical bc this was my first time using this service , Mathew immediately reassured me the company has been around since 2004 gave me a quick back story! & also assured me everything would be fixed in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable, quick , great personality! He was here on time! I didn’t have to wait or call him! He was just amazing , he set the bar high and I don’t want to go through anyone else but him!! I’d be referring this service to lots of people, saved me time and money for tow and etc! After everything I will still be on time for work!! I’m blown away! I can say much more but thanks matthew !!!

Robert was dot-on-Time, really something for a Friday PM. He had the Switches replaced, the Inspection complete and Recommendations made, all in about 20 minutes: AND maintained a pleasant conversation.
