Chris was able to arrive early and get on with providing an excellent service and replaced the water pump by tackling the issues that an older well worn piece of equipment can create due to age. The old pump was difficult to extract but Chris used all his knowledge and patience to persevere and remove the old pump and then installed the new pump and cleanup like a true professional. I consider myself a DIY'er, but this O2 sensor had me a little baffled. I coudn't see the connector, and could only get a couple of fingers on the connector. Time to call in a pro.
