2004 Ford Explorer 70,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

This way my first time using the Your Mechanic service, and I found it to be a very good service. My concern was that my car was overheating and Jay spent a good amount of time checking out the condition of my car. He not only explained to me what he found, he also showed me with photos of the readings of his diagnostic equipment. He performed good performance tests, plus, when he was finished, he was very pleasant to talk to and shared a lot of good information.

Took my car to a service chain for oil change and tire rotation, after service was completed, mechanic said he noticed I needed a new valve cover gasket.... for $625!! Went home and found YOURMECHANIC.COM. Free quotes online, book your appointment and they send a certified mechanic with a 1year/12,000 mile warranty on their work...to your home!! Rodney showed up on time, got right down to work and finished when he said he would. While he was here, I cleaned house a little, read a book and took a nap. Twenty minutes after I woke up, Rodney finished the job. I got the valve cover gasket, front and rear shock absorbers for $510...for 3 jobs...$115 less than the 1 job the chain quoted!!! Unbelievable!! I will only be using this service from now on. And, if available, Rodney too.

This is the second time we have had Ira work on our vehicles. He is always professional, honest, and goes above and beyond what is needed. I would highly recommend Ira and will continue to request him to work on our vehicles.
