Patrick was wonderful - he took the time to explain my truck issues in a very understandable manner and offered lots of extra information that was very useful to me. I felt very confident leaving work that afternoon for a 50-mile drive home. He was also very honest by telling me my truck did not have the problem I thought it did & in fact the truck needed no repairs at all. He was very prompt & polite as well.
