2018 Ford Escape 20,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

This is my first time using this service and I am very happy on the outcome. Nolan had clear communication with the service that I had needed. Before my appointment he had messaged me to ask if I needed a replacement or seal done. The day before my appointment he messaged me saying he had all the parts needed and told me the exact time he was going to be at my house. The quoted time was correct. After Nolan had replaced the part he walked me through what he had done, and told me all the pictures would be uploaded onto the website along with any comments he found. It's very hard going to a mechanic as a woman as most mechanics will talk down to us but I did not have this experience with Nolan. Nolan talked to me with respect and went above and beyond. I wish every mechanic was as nice as Nolan.

James provided professional , expert and timely service to replace my brake pads. He knew exactly what was needed to replace the pads on my Ford Escape and set about it in a timely fashion. James was also very cordial and friendly. I shall be wanting James to complete other pressing repairs in the near future.

Brian was very professional and courteous. He worked very fast and explained all the processes and why he was suggesting the next repairs. I trust his knowledge and for sure we will book an appointment with him for our next repair!
