2016 Ford Edge 20,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Collins came to my home to replace my front brake pads on 5/31/20 and I am very happy with his services. Unfortunately I did not meet him face to face out of an abundance of caution during the COVID-19 pandemic, but it was no problem at all, as he texted me throughout the process with updates and recommendations; but he did not try to sell me on anything extra and he was not at all pushy once I declined the additional service he recommended. His texts were professional and he did great work in a timely manner. He even texted me before he purchased the parts on the evening before my scheduled appointment to inquire about the state of my brakes, as to ensure that he brought all of the parts necessary for the job. Pricing is very fair, and you cannot beat having a mechanic who make house calls; because rather than waiting in the lobby of an auto repair shop with strong smells and loud noises, I was able to relax in the comfort of my own home. This was my first experience with a mobile mechanic, and I must say that I will absolutely utilize Collins' services again. I give my highest recommendation.
