Breck was sent as a replacement mechanic for my original morning booking that was a no show. He arrived on time, with all tools and parts needed for the job. Unfortunately, he was unable to get authorization for additional parts and was forced to spend a very long time on the phone to get authorization to update my quote and purchase an additional part for the job. He did not have everything needed at first (he was covering last minute for thr no show), but he got things squared away quickly. He is very bright and professional, and answered all my questions thoroughly. His customer service skills are excellent. Unfortunately the company was horrible. They are very difficult to contact, and I know this because I spent over an hour.on hold with them to get to a representative. Once I got someone, they were helpful. It was December 26th, so I can understand being understaffed, but had this been an urgent repair, I would have been in trouble. Breck made the entire service a pleasure. If only they would stock their mechanics better, he would have completed the job much sooner. He stayed as long as it took to get the job done, and let me take a test drive before I even had to pay! I would only use your mechanic.com ever again because Breck is one of their finest mechanics.

Showed up on time, clearly communicated what he was doing, performed all tasks efficiently. Let me know that I had a small leak coming from the lower radiator junction with the radiator and provided a quote to repair. Completed his inspection, applied the reminder sticker for the oil change, asked if I had any other concerns or questions and left. Profession job top to bottom! And saved me over $100 compared to what was quoted by the dealership (RV oil change). Will use him again!
