This way my first time using the Your Mechanic service, and I found it to be a very good service. My concern was that my car was overheating and Jay spent a good amount of time checking out the condition of my car. He not only explained to me what he found, he also showed me with photos of the readings of his diagnostic equipment. He performed good performance tests, plus, when he was finished, he was very pleasant to talk to and shared a lot of good information.

This was my first time using Your Mechanic. I don't think I'll ever take my car to a shop again! Andrew arrived early for the appointment. They sent a tracker to my phone so I could see where he was at while en route. He was super friendly and knocked the job out quicker than I have ever seen anyone work on a car before. I had him replacing a windshield fluid pump requiring him to take the front tire off and getting behind the wheel well. He finished the job in about 20 minutes, cleaned up and was out of there. Super impressed and will definitely use this service again and again.
