We could not have asked for a better experience! Gustavo arrived early. He was friendly and personable from the moment we said hello and shook hands. He did the 50 point inspection with my husband and son observing. He did not mind them being there at all. He was honest with us and explained everything that needed to be done and how soon each thing should be done. We are definitely going to have him take care of these things for us soon. I highly recommend Your Mechanic, especially for Seniors and those who just don't have the time to go sit at a service center. I am so grateful that Gustavo was assigned to us! Travis arrived early and got the job done in great time. Pleasant and unobtrusive. He had to work in a hotel parking lot and he cleaned up everything so no complaints from lodging. Would use again if in the area.
