Just viewing the brakes from the outside.. Professionally sound. I was skeptical at the time. The job was complete very quickly n sound. Without testing first. I almost have to complement again on the performance and workmanship mechanically. A 5 Star and beyond service. Very much appreciative.

Lavell has been wonderful to work with. I had to get quite a few repairs done to fix a busted coolant hose among other things, so I booked an appointment early in the morning to accommodate the estimated 8hr timeline to complete. Lavell was right on time and got straight to work, even finishing up a few hours earlier than expected! When I took my car out for a test drive later that evening, I had a few lingering concerns that I wanted to make sure weren't an indication of any further problems. I reached back out to Lavell and he made it clear he was on my side every step of the way in making sure my needs and issues were taken care of. So he came out the very next day completely free of charge to assess my concerns and explain what was happening, and provided quick resolutions. Before he left he even inflated all my tires as a courtesy to help me resolve a separate low tire pressure issue! He is an all-around helpful and knowledgeable professional that operates with integrity and efficiency. I would definitely recommend to anyone!
