Lucas was actually early for my appointment which felt good in this day and age when many companys make you wait for thier service techs to come out. Lucas had to source a different part for the correct match which he did quickly, returned the next day on time and did the job quickly and cleanly. Gave me some good feedback on some other potential problems that could develop with my car. Overall I loved the service of having the estimate pre-set before the work starts. My car would crank but wouldn’t start, so Walter went above and beyond to pin point the actual cause. I had a feeling it was a fuel pump issue, but had to ensure and Walter indeed found out that the fuel pump was burnt. Jamie is a master at his craft he was able to diagnose the problem and locate the leak. I thought I needed a radiator hose but was actually another hose. He made sure he got it fixed and got me on the road again asap. Definitely went above and beyond for me and am sure that's just his everyday work ethic.
