Overall a great experience and super convenient. My mechanic was professional, timely and pleasant. It took two appointments, no fault of the technician, due to my note to the mechanic not being relayed through the system about the part selection being incorrect. The mechanic did a diagnostic appt instead after showing up with the wrong part and we schedules a follow up to knock it out a week later- easy to schedule and timely alerts. Thanks!
