Chris did a bang up job on my 2003 Ford Taurus. It was only changing out the spark plugs due to engine misfiring, but he was quite knowledgeable on the condition of my car and I really appreciated him being thorough and explaining to me in depth the problem I was having, and their causes. Duane was fantastic; seriously. Quick, efficient, professional and friendly! Who knew! Also, you can learn a lot about someone by how they treat your kids; I got pulled into a call (I work from home) and our 10 year-old "escaped" and went outside and peppered Duane with all sort of questions about cars and tools and everything and Duane was simply wonderful with him. We've already requested Duane to come back and do some work for us on one of our other cars.
