2007 Ford Crown Victoria 135,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

This was my first time using YourMechanic and I am highly satisfied. Patrick was right on schedule. He was personable and knowledgeable as he had to explain to me that I had ordered the incorrect parts for my vehicle install and suggested some other options I could have gone with to prevent the mistake. He only charged me for the little work he had already started on before finding out about the incorrect parts I had ordered. I'm just looking for an honest and knowledgeable mechanic I can trust and Patrick made a great first impression and I plan on scheduling with him again once I have the correct parts delivered.

Fernando was very clean and presentable. He was very professional and I really respected that he followed covid rules and masked up. He explained everything that needed to be done and once he was convinced I clearly understood the work he got right to work and stayed on it until it was done. He did not drag out the time.
