He is an amazing guy and a top ranking mechanic! While fixing the MANY issues my car was facing he always took the time to explain everything - what the issue is, why it was happening, how he could fix it, and so much more. I never felt like I was being kept in the dark or being charged more than a fair and decent price. When my car first started having brake issues I paid the Ford dealership to figure out what was wrong and they gave me a sheet of paper that said the brake pads were worn down. While Scott was fixing my car, he actually showed me the issue and then found another serious issue that the Ford dealership missed! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I could tell Robert was a skilled mechanic when he smelled my cars oil stick to check it. The only other person I've ever seen do that was my dad, a master mechanic..It built trust for me. Then after having him tell me what needed done, he was so nice since it was more then I anticipated.
