Good to actually talk to a mechanic then leaving my truck at Ford dealership for 3 days before hearing anything about my issues. He knew what the issue was and told me 10 min later when he was done with the inspection

I was a upset at the start of my appointment because John was running late due to some issues out of his control with other customers, which is understandable albeit frustrating. However, John went above and beyond to make this right, not only by the jobs I asked for done in a timely manner, but also by fixing a few other small things to show how apologetic he was for the delay. John earned this 5 star review, and I am so happy with his work that the deay doesn’t even matter. Thank you John, I will request you next time!

very prompt & knowledgable and accomodating,did a good job with serpentine belt replacement but then found faulty compressor unit which caused original belt failure but belt had been worn very much account 116000 miles on it,time for a change anyway!Thanks.
