I was very happy with my experience. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and did the job with no problems. However, my check engine light came on again after driving four miles, so I believe there is another problem not related to the service I received. We could not have asked for a better experience! Gustavo arrived early. He was friendly and personable from the moment we said hello and shook hands. He did the 50 point inspection with my husband and son observing. He did not mind them being there at all. He was honest with us and explained everything that needed to be done and how soon each thing should be done. We are definitely going to have him take care of these things for us soon. I highly recommend Your Mechanic, especially for Seniors and those who just don't have the time to go sit at a service center. I am so grateful that Gustavo was assigned to us! I cannot say enough good things about him, his expertise, his service and the way he treated us! We are really happy and look forward to him fixing our truck soon.

Showed up early, very professional, friendly, a people person and he did an amazing job and kept the area very clean. I would not only recommend him, but I hope that he is the one who shows up for my next service. MY son, who was her due to my being at work, was very impressed.
