Michael arrived on time and was very courteous. What made me trust him more was that he pointed out to me that the possibly faulty part was probably still under warranty. He sat down and took his time to read through the Warranty card to give me accurate information. Even though the fix ended up being something simple and it didn't require further services to be scheduled; he was honest and didn't make up inexistent problems just to make more money like other mechanics I've taken my car to... He jacked my car right then and there and fixed a loose hose. All of this in 1 hour. Outstanding service!

This is the second time we had Rusty work on one of our old cars and we will definitely be request him again because it's obvious that he takes pride in his work. I can't express how thankful I am to have found a great mechanic that I can trust!
