Chris was able to arrive early and get on with providing an excellent service and replaced the water pump by tackling the issues that an older well worn piece of equipment can create due to age. The old pump was difficult to extract but Chris used all his knowledge and patience to persevere and remove the old pump and then installed the new pump and cleanup like a true professional. The job is complete and my car is back to performing normal in that area of operation. Thank you Chris !

Chris did a bang up job on my 2003 Ford Taurus. It was only changing out the spark plugs due to engine misfiring, but he was quite knowledgeable on the condition of my car and I really appreciated him being thorough and explaining to me in depth the problem I was having, and their causes. I had a 5:30pm appointment with Jason to look at a high idle condition. Jason arrived early so he was definitely timely. As I described the symptoms he futzed around here and there, turned a screw, and walla FIXED. I was impressed. I found Jason to be very personable, knowledgeable, and competent in his profession. I would definitely recommend Jason to work on any vehicle whether it's an older OBD1 vehicle or newer OBD2., as many mechanics will not work on OBD1 cars like mine.
