Johnny was great!! He was actually able to come early, and was extremely professional and prompt! My oil change was done really fast & he also recommended a minor fix on my engine, which was great for him to notice that! Richard was pleasant and professional. He came prepared to replace my fuel pump, but took the time to make sure that was the problem. After testing, it turned out that he couldn't be sure that the pump was the problem and suggested that it might require taking it to the dealer to be sure. I did that and it turned out to be the "fuel pump relay'. I really appreciate this kind of service since replacing the fuel pump would not have fixed the problem and I might have been stranded again.
