Peter worked on our truck on an extremely hot day (over 100) in our yard in direct sun! He was proficient and gave us confidence that he is highly qualified to do the job. He worked for 2 hours figuring out our problem and explained every step along the way. He was very polite and congenial throughout. He also took time to explain to us how to continue on after he was gone. We think he went the extra mile to solve our problem!

I am trying to buy new to me car. I requested a pre-purchase inspection, and Jonathan was my assigned mechanic. I wasn’t present for the inspection but via yourmechanic I was updated upon his arrival and completion. He arrived 2 minutes prior to the appointment time, and I feel gave a very in depth report on his findings. Most things were reported to be ok, but because of his inspection, I was able to ask the dealership to resolve those issues that weren’t or I wouldn’t be buying the car. Now I could’ve taken this car to a shop or dealership and had it inspected, but I live an hour away. The time this saved me not only in travel but waiting as well is worth the price paid!
