I have used YourMechanic.com and Joseph previously on a second car I own. I had Joseph do a pre-purchase car inspection (even though I had already bought the car from a very close and trusted friend) because of a few minor concerns and questions I had. Joseph reassured me that some of my concerns weren't actually issues, at all. It was more of misinformation. He was quite thorough in his inspection and discovered a few minor things that could lead to larger problems. I intend to have such issues fixed by booking Joseph in the future. Not really a person to give remarks about someones performance whether good or bad but I was impressed by his knowledge of vehicle. Kev was able to help when I was at my wits end trying to figure out the problem. Thanks to him, my charger is back up and running and it only took about 25 mins the rest of the time. The rest of the time he answered questions about the vehicle that i had as well as information on another vehicle i own. I would definitely use this guy again and will recommend him to anyone i know. He's very professional and knowledgeable.
