2002 Dodge Ram 2500 Van 78,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

I was pushed back a day even after knowing I can’t Reschedule within 48hrs cause of parts issues. Cool Wasn’t informed my older Throttlebody was fine and possible just needed clean till after the service was finished. Also wasn’t offered or shown the older part, didn’t even get to see a box and I paid for the part. the service was done on like 30 min.(not sweating that), but at the end my car still didn’t start. And was offered to Reschedule just to see what could possible be wrong. No Communication on options, or even if that was the possible problem of why my car wasn’t starting. Which was definitely explained my car seemed fine, just isn’t starting. Cool guy, got here at 3:15, appointment was at 3:30. By the time I arrived at 3:45, he was done my car didn’t start, I saw no Parts.. that’s all I’m saying. I trust he did the service, but it was interesting.. Taking it to a Dealership might have been the better option.

My car was sitting in front of my apartment building for a whole month, the alternator stopped working. Found this app through Google one day at work. He did a FANTASTIC job. My car is my baby and she’s back on the road again. So happy! Thank you so much!!!
