Scott showed up at the precise moment of my appointment (beginning of 1-hour window). He adjusted my rear brakes, which I did not know was even needed--no extra charge. Unfortunately, he found my reported problem to be caused by something that has to be ordered and will probably be way out of my price range--not his fault; it is what it is, right?
