Chris was awesome. I was told I needed a new water pump by a friend. Had Chris replace my water pump, but it didn't solve the problem. My car still overheated and my coolant was leaking everywhere. Scott showed up at the precise moment of my appointment (beginning of 1-hour window). He adjusted my rear brakes, which I did not know was even needed--no extra charge. Unfortunately, he found my reported problem to be caused by something that has to be ordered and will probably be way out of my price range--not his fault; it is what it is, right?
