1992 Dodge B250 52,500 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

I was pushed back a day even after knowing I can’t Reschedule within 48hrs cause of parts issues. Cool Wasn’t informed my older Throttlebody was fine and possible just needed clean till after the service was finished. Also wasn’t offered or shown the older part, didn’t even get to see a box and I paid for the part. the service was done on like 30 min.(not sweating that), but at the end my car still didn’t start. And was offered to Reschedule just to see what could possible be wrong. No Communication on options, or even if that was the possible problem of why my car wasn’t starting. Which was definitely explained my car seemed fine, just isn’t starting. Cool guy, got here at 3:15, appointment was at 3:30. By the time I arrived at 3:45, he was done my car didn’t start, I saw no Parts.. that’s all I’m saying. I trust he did the service, but it was interesting.. Taking it to a Dealership might have been the better option.

As the daughter of a mechanic, I have seen many batteries replaced. I never seen anyone remove and replace a battery as fast as Simon did. Most take about an hour, he was done in less than 45 minutes. He did the check and told me to keep an eye on the Engine light, since the reading from the codes mostly come from the fact that the battery was pulled and the alternator replaced. Computer has to reboot. I will definetly take care of it.

If Jimmi is going to be late he reaches out to you before the original arrival appointment and lets you know what is happening on his end and tells you when he will arrive. He is very mindful of your time and he makes every effort to accommodate you. He has either texted me or will call me to give me updates. Jimmi is an excellent auto mechanic. His ability to trouble shoot what is wrong with your car by you telling him what problems you are experiencing helps cut through the chase of part swapping. I have had him do numerous repairs on my vehicle and he is spot on finding the problem and repairing it. It's not his fault that I bought a Dodge Journey.
