Hugh dug into my wheel well to get to the reservoir and replace it. Saw the line that goes to the spray jets disconnected. He reconnected the line and all was good. Most other mechanics would have replaced the reservoir but not Hugh. Your Mechanic has found a new returning customer.

He was more than willing to explain how the process of diagnostics worked and patiently answered all of my questions. He took time searching and researching the issue based on service codes produced by his diagnostic testing system, and by his mechanical and technical knowledge and observations. He was tenacious in locating the issue that caused my vehicle to remain in 2nd gear. He took adequate time to properly assess the problem and did not randomly rush an answer, guess the issue, or pull rabbits out of his hat like some other mechanic shops that I had spoken to weeks earlier had done.
