Deane is awesome! Very willing to listen and answer any questions or concerns you may have about your vehicle. I wasn't sure what part I needed, but described to him what lead to pieces in my car shifter breaking apart. He ordered the correct assembly, arrived early with it, and had my car up and running within an hour. He pointed out that the wire harness behind my shifter lookes like it may have gotten wet (it's directly below the cup holders) and shorted out. This was likely the reason that prevented my car from shifting out of park before the shifter assembly broke. He also stayed to inspect my vehicle after the repair. I was skeptical about using Your Mechanic before today, but will now recommend to all my friends and family. Very pleased that I did not have to tow my vehicle to an auto repair shop and overall it was a great experience. Thank you Your Mechanic and thank you Deane!

Christopher showed up on time, he replaced the alternator. He answered all my questions and was very honest I will use him again
