Kenneth was great. Took the time to make sure he looked at every possible fault and rule them out one by one. I appreciated that even though I know nothing about the mechanics of a car, Kenneth took the time to explain how it works and what was going on in simple terms for me to visualize and understand. Not sure if all yourmechanic workers are all like Kenneth but he is the only one I will be using in my future appointments.

I never ever write reviews, but this one is an exception. I am not mechanically inclined, and hate the idea of having to go and see a mechanic. Brett arrived at 7:00 am as scheduled and was done with the job at 8:22, 8 minutes ahead of schedule. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. I wanted to watch him work so that I could learn about what went wrong. While he was working, he explained what he was doing and why. Not only is he a great mechanic, but he's a great teacher. Plus, the convenience of the mechanic coming to me....AMAZING. Thank you for your wonderful service!
