My experience with Joe and Your Mechanic was nothing but positive. From my first encounter I believed that this company understood customer service. Great communication, showed up on time, did what he said he would do and gave a quote on some other issues I needed to have done. A mechanic that comes to your house FOR LESS than a garage? Why would I use anyone else?

James is going to be my "GO TO MECHANIC" from now on . I had 2 cars that decided to die at the same time so i tried yourmechanic.com and they sent out James, He arrived on time and quickly found out that it was a simple repair that would only take a hr to fix so all the labor would be covered under the inspection fee , I just had to buy the part and he would come back out to put it in. I was very pleased so i had him inspect my other car when he came back out and that one only need a simple fix also and the labor would be covered under the inspection fee also. I am very pleased with James and will always use him for any repairs that are needed. Thank you James for being a honest mechanic!!

He explained what he was there to do, and he explained the recommendations service for my rear brakes within the next three months. He listened to my concerns about my windshield washer hose.
