2004 Chrysler 300M 15,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

John was early for both the initial consultation - where he was able to diagnose the problem accurately and quickly - and for the repair. He treated my car, and me, with respect, and was clean. He took the time to demonstrate how he came to that diagnosis and explain the repair and show the part being replaced. He didn't try to upsell me or provide unnecessary service. for the cost of towing to my mechanic and doing the repair John was able to do it in my driveway. I was able to get chores down around the house while he did the repair because i didn't have to sit in a waiting room or make arrangements to get to the repair shop. What is not to love about this service? And John is awesome!

I wasn't sure about what was wrong with my car. It was my first time getting help by Your Mechanic. John came on time and fixed my care right away. I really appreciated because I felt hopeless when my car stop working.
