Honest! Where as Mr. Google and I had diagnosed the problem to be a faulty alternator, due to flickering lights, Dan determined the in a few minutes that the battery cables were loose.
Had the part to be replaced, based on what I thought to be the problem Fortunately, we didn't need to replace the alternator or anything for that matter. All things considered, the diagnostic fee was fair.

William was great he diagnosed the issue with my car.
The previous mechanic didn't connect the connector all the way to seal it onto the starter. Because of that it slipped off and my car wouldn't start. I'm just glad he fixed it and that it will be covered under warranty.
