Matthew shook my hand right away upon meeting me. I told him a little about what happened to the car based on my knowledge and just what I heard when driving it. He understood completely. He didn't chastise me about not taking care of the car (I've had a mechanic do this). He was very courteous and once he said he used to work for GM I knew he was the guy to work on my vehicle. He was done within an hour and 15 minutes. It would've taken me all day to do this. I didn't mind the price. I thought it was reasonable. Great job Matthew! My car sounds great!

Joseph was exactly on time and was courteous and professional the entire visit. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the car running well within the allotted time. He also performed a diagnostic check and informed me of a couple of issues that I should be aware of.
