We reviewed what was happening with the vehicle then Rodney went to work and did the inspection. When he was finished he went over the problems he discovered and what he recommended. Dustin was good at what he did but the one who made the appointment did not communicate with him and he did not bring a part he should have then the company tried to charge for full replacement of part and tuneup, that is unwise!trte The truck is sounding better' I have to wait for the car to be moved before I drive it. Dustin was courteous and professional. I would hire Dustin again but the unwise decision of charging me for both vehicles was wrong and will not call the company again.
