Jay is absolutely AMAZING!! I’ve used him many times. He is So knowledgeable and so patient. I love how he doesn’t rush and will explain everything to u and answer any questions u have. Even if they don’t pertain to the specific issue at hand. As best he can without fully inspecting the issue atleast. He’s my FAVORITE mechanic and I REFUSE to use any other mechanic but him. He seems ESPECIALLY knowledgeable when it comes to GM made vehicles I assume from his many years of working with GM. He is an absolute sweetheart and if you want an actual HONEST mechanic which we all know is A VERY RARE FIND. The Jay is your guy!! Thanks again jay!!

Arrived on time, knowledgeable about the part being replaced and how long it would take. I'm glad that I booked him for this job. The part was in a difficult location and I would have been passed off if I had done it myself. Very knowledgeable on how a mafia sensor should read and what mine was not doing I'm in the process of buying this vehicle and the codes are driving up the wall. It's nice to have a service like this available to utilize.

Technician is very professional and efficient,possess highly knowledge of the task in hand,highly recomended,very helpful and courteous,will hire again in a New York minute,service was great,Excellent customer service! Very detailed oriented on informing you of any issues with my truck, they checked out on my truck. Definitely will be my "go to" for my 2004 ChevySilverado needs.
