1999 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 87,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

This was my first time using yourmechanic.com. Ben called me saying that he was done with his appointment and would like to see if he can come out early. He came out to look at my truck an hour earlier. I told him what was happening and he went on to look at my truck. He found the problem, I thought it was something major. He was nice, efficient, and helpful. I would recommend him to anyone.

Wesley was awesome!! He had a cancellation that just so happened to be right before mine, and gave me a call to ask me if it was okay for him to come early. And of course I said yes! When he arrived he jumped right on the job. He finished in a very timely manner and knew exactly what he was talking about which reassures me as a customer! He ended the inspection with a very detailed follow up on the best route(s) possible for everything he caught that needed work as well as an explanation as to what may have caused it as well as how to fix it if they are not able to! He did a marvelous job with everything and got me pointed me in the right direction to fix it! Thanks Wess!(:
