Kenneth arrived earlier than originally scheduled due to an earlier cancellation. I’m glad to have had him work on my truck. I tried all I could to fix it myself and then decided to go with YourMechanic. I was able to get a replacement starter and Kenneth had better tools to get the job done. Aside from flawlessly getting the job done, my truck immediately started with the new starter as expected. We then had a great conversation about personal finance, auto and general business stuff. I would highly recommend Kenneth for any job!!

Seriously, I prayed for God to send me a great mechanic, and that's what He did! I am totally ignorant of all things mechanical, but Andy explained everything so clearly, I felt more like a peer than a foolish customer. Thanks man!

Pardeep showed up at the time scheduled. He called prior to arriving and informed me of his arrival. He trouble shot he check eengine light. Step by step he informed me of what he was.checking, and answered was all my questions. He wasted no time and got the vehicle to run long enough to determine next steps we will need to take. He never tried to bs me, or false promises (Like the dealership). He explained what he could do and what he could not, in regards to repairs ifneeded. i had a good 1st tike experience with "Your Mechanic" . Although the previous mechanic (Brock) they had assigned canceled the appoinent I scheduled; saying that they could not perform what clealy, Pardeep was able to do. Thank you Pardeep! 👍👍
