John arrived promptly on a rainy Saturday, diagnosed the car within ten minutes, courteously offered to move the non-operable car into my garage (this involved painstakingly reaching into tight places under the hood, around the engine to get the car into gear) and did not even accept a tip. He was friendly, professional and efficient. The service was also affordable. I would highly recommend this expert mechanic.
