Appointment was scheduled for the 28th at 1130, but no show, no telephone call explaining delay, no call to reschedule; absolutely no customer assistance. These jokes have no idea of the hoopes they put people through I called Saturday to reschedule and the individual did not speak clearly and appointment was scheduled for mondayat-1330 hrs. Indivdual failed to call til almost an hour later to reschedule tworhty thirty. Upon arrival complete the work 1 hour and everything works. . le
