Very great guy and very helpful he knows his stuff and is very patient with you and will go above and beyond to help you instead of just telling you something random and leaving you alone.

Originally I called William out to replace my serpentine and drive belts, change oil, and replace my top radiator hose because we believed that was the source of the fluid leak for the radiator. A few problems came along, namely that the belts I provided were mismatched but one worked, and after replacing the upper radiator hose we found a leak in the water pump itself that is probably the real problem. I had to book for next Saturday, but overall I am impressed and greatly relieved with the service I've received. I look forward to continuing to use William as my mechanic.

This was my first experience with yourmechanic.com so I had no idea what to expect. The dealership said I needed new brakes and rotors and wanted so much money and I was going to have a hard time getting my car to the dealership while working. Octavio was just great! I was so impressed with the car knowledge and professionalism. The dealership also said I needed some other repairs but I wasn't sure it was something yourmechanic could do. I talked to Octavio about them and he said they could easily do the repairs. The dealership said they would need my car for two days for the repairs and Octavio said "definitely not the case" I am officially done with the big franchise service shops. They have a bad reputation for a reason, they fabricate the work that needs to be done and are very overpriced. Just moved to Orlando, but I already have a mechanic.
