2019 Chevrolet Cruze 120,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

First time I've used Your Mechanic and it was a great experience. I noticed a coolant leak late on a Saturday and thought I would have to park the car and then take it in for service early on Monday, before work. I wasn't looking forward to the Monday rush, plus the inconvenience of waiting in line and taking a shuttle to work. I checked the internet to find a mechanic that worked on Sunday and was surprised to find Chris was available. He showed up at my home ahead of schedule, confirmed my inspection, and managed to complete the radiator hose replacement the same day. Needless to say, it was the most convenient auto service I've ever had. The car never left my garage! Chris did a great job.

Tabitha is awesome!! We have had other mechanics work on our cars before from YOUR MECHANIC but Tabitha is the best! Shes fast and to the point. And very knowledgeable.

Previous rating reflected scheduling/communication issue that appears to be related to the app and not the mechanic. Once he arrived he explained this to me and what part of the service he still had left to complete. Apart from these scheduling issues, he was able to inspect and repair my car.
