Wow, Dellano to the rescue! My car died on me yesterday after one of the other YM’s guys dealt with it and I had to get it towed back home. I immediately scheduled follow-up service with Dellano but he was booked up until Thursday evening. I was pissed but customer service explained my situation to him and he came to fix my car less than 24 hours later. He talked to me on the phone for over 20 minutes before he headed my way, listened to my concerns and explained what he was going to fix. I’m extremely grateful for his professionalism and how quick he got it done (was at my house less than 1 hour) and he made sure to follow behind me for several miles after fixing it to make sure all was well.
