He gave detailed instructions for the next steps I should take after diagnosing my car's problems, and I got the same info that day via the website/email. I felt like he really listened to my explanations about the the trouble I was having/sounds I was hearing. He also asked permission to through away the trash from his work in my garbage can, which I thought was very respectful.
