I will overlook the fact that the original appointment was changed from Wed. 2:30 to Fri. 4:00, because once here Lucas was excellent. He was super professional and really knew his stuff. Upon getting the vehicle running in a timely manner, he made sure that it was running properly before he left. He also gave me some good tips on how to take proper care of the vehicle. Andrew really made my day! First off, he got here an hour early, which was great. He had the replacement part with him, based on what I told him about the problem. He did a quick check of the alternator and confirmed it was bad. He did some tweaking on the bill, removed a couple of charges, applied some discounts, and got the final bill down to half of the original quote! Plus, he got the alternator replaced and the truck running in less than 30 minutes! Thanks to the fantastic service Andrew provided, I'm back on the road! Great job!
