I hired Lucas to inspect two used cars I'm considering, even though I wasn't able to be there at the inspections. He and the YourMechanic team were very communicative throughout the entire process, and Lucas did a great job on both counts. Very thorough and shared a good deal of insight that's made my decision so much easier. In both cases the sellers commented to me how professional and thorough Lucas was. For full disclosure, the second appointment started a good deal later than scheduled due to traffic, though the YourMechanic team was good about keeping us posted and it wasn't an issue at all. I'm very impressed and will be sure to try to enlist Lucas's help with my mechanic needs in the future!

I have to tell you that Joe is a good mechanic, He came out to service my vehicle for a diagnostic test because of check engine light was on. He showed up exactly on time, lol his phone call woke me up.so I was late. He diagnosed the problem after doing a safety inspection. I found out that it was an O2 sensor down stream, he is coming back on Thursday to repair and also doing my break switch that was showing needed to be replaced also. I found Joe was fair and honest, he didn't think getting my break switch was necessary as I don't use cruise control after telling him, check engine only goes on during City driving vs Highway driving, I said thank you for honesty, but I am getting that repaired as well. i found him very professional, knowledgeable, easy to communicate with. THANK YOU JOE!!! after thought he didn't try and sell me unecessary parts and his diagnostic testing matched one I had with another diagnostic test.

Jimmi arrived early. His personality was warm and he was very respectful. He proceeded to change my driver's side low beam bulb with efficiency and expertise. He was done in under 10 minutes! Wow! I will definitely use Yourmechanic again and hopefully I'll be assigned Jimmi again!
