2004 Cadillac SRX 52,500 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Christopher texted me and asked if I would like him to come by an hour earlier. I said sure and he was at my home by 7 AM on a Sunday. He completed the bulb replacement and did the 50 point inspection all within the time allotted. He also told me that this is a common problem but I could be assured that I was getting a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty on parts and labor. Even Cadillac wouldn't honor that. Plus it was a lot cheaper using this service then what Cadillac charged me. I would highly recommend using Christopher again with all three of my vehicles.

Andrew arrived early, was very courteous and attentive and listened closely to the customer’s diagnosis and issues. He immediately went to work and completed the work ahead of schedule and did a courtesy check of items and documented them prior to leaving.
