Could not have asked for a better mechanic. Ben arrived 15 minutes before appt. (what a wonderful surprise), got to work on my car, was finished timely, cleaned up the door. He was polite, cheerful and personable. It was such an unusual experience to have a mechanic who fixed your car and didn't try to "sell" you more that was needed. Usually my husband has to first meet the mechanic to ask for an estimate because we found out that it's always higher when I ask for it! I will recommend Ben to my friends. By the way, Ben was recommend to me by a friend of the family Cedric Senter. (he should get the $20 you offer for recommending Yourmechanic)

Lee was very friendly and did a great job explaining what he doing at each step (which parts of the car he was checking, what was wrong, confirming the repairs had addressed the issue and there were no other underlying problems, etc). I appreciate him taking the time to walk me through it.
